Teaching Principles:

My instruction philosophy and methods have been shaped by thirty years of teaching, thousands of individual lessons, hundreds of clinics/camps, personal play, and observation of excellent players. I enjoy teaching all levels of golfers.

Beginners need to be taught the basics and the overall swing concept. Neither is complicated but both can be difficult without proper explanation. This solid foundation assures progress as you practice.

It takes experience to decipher flaws in a good players' swing. In theses instances, my playing experience and observing tour players aids my instruction. In many cases the experienced player needs just a minor tune-up.

My teaching goal is to make my students better players, allowing them to lower their scores and feel good about their games.

Teaching Principles:

I believe in having fun and keeping the golf swing simple. There are a few basics I try to stay within; Posture, Stance Swing. If you have ever watched a Baseball pitcher throw the ball from the plate the upper and lower body is incorporated TOGETHER as one. I feel the golf swing is the same, if one part of your body leads before the other than problems arises. I focus on hips and swing less speed and more roation, and most of all Having FUN!
